Services:
Aussie PayScale provides career counselling and English coaching services to individuals seeking
professional development and language enhancement.
Client Responsibility:
Clients must provide accurate
information and cooperate with counsellors and coaches to achieve desired outcomes.
Payment:
Payment for services is due upon booking or as agreed upon with Aussie PayScale. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of services.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Clients may cancel appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Refunds may be subject to administrative fees.
Confidentiality:
All client information shared with Aussie PayScale is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Intellectual Property:
All materials provided by Aussie PayScale including but not limited to coaching materials and resources, are the intellectual property of Aussie PayScale and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission
Limitation of Liability:
Aussie PayScale is not liable for
any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
Modifications:
Aussie PayScale reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
